“Make $10,000 per month FAST with little to no experience!” How fake and sketchy does that sound?
If I was on the internet and saw that headline, I would either run far far away to the other end of the online world, or I would stick around and read the article for a good laugh.
My mom always told me that you can’t get anything for free and anything worth having requires hard work so I know to literally phase out anything that sounds too good to be true.
But, there also comes a time where you have to face the facts and the truth is, you can certainly earn $10,000 per month even if you don’t have a fancy degree or certification. Imagine what you could do if boosted your annual income to 6-figures.
It won’t be super easy and you’ll probably need experience and a lot of dedication, but it is possible. Working online these past few years has taught me that as I’ve rubbed shoulders with some amazingly talented individuals earning a legitimate 6 or 7-figure income online each year.
So let’s say you want to earn 5-figures per month from the comfort of your laptop or desktop computer. Here are 3 legit ways to do it.
Start a Blog
Starting and growing a blog is a flexible and popular way to attempt to make money online these days. I use the word ‘attempt’ because not every blogger is guaranteed to make money. Blogging is more of a passion project and you have to be fully committed and treat your blog like a business if you wish to earn money from it.
Plus, monetizing doesn’t happen overnight so keep that in mind. I certainly don’t earn $10,000 per month from blogging and I’ve been at it for 3 years, but it’s different for everyone and I know quite a few bloggers who do make that kind of money.
The key is to go into it with a strategy and treat your blog like a business. You will put in a ton of hours but it’s best to be passionate about blogging and your message. This makes building up your platform a really enjoyable experience despite the number of hours you’ll put into it.
If you want to take your blog to the next level and start monetizing it or build a successful money-making blog from scratch, take my free 10-day course.
Sell A LOT of Stuff
Another way to make $10,000 per month is to sell stuff…a lot of stuff. Preferably, you’ll want to sell things online and get into the habit of flipping items or ordering inventory from a dropshipping site.
There’s only so many personal items from your home you can sell. If you want to bring in thousands of dollars each month, you’ll need to find items you can sell at premium prices.
You can also consider selling digital products like courses, e-books, guides, etc. To make a lot of money selling products, you have to have a loyal and committed audience and create something that will help them solve a core problem.
Again, this may take lots of time to establish.
Start Your Own Business
If you want to earn $10,000 per month consistently, one of the best solutions is to start your own business. With your own business, you create your hours and prices or rates so you have more control over what you make. Some businesses take a while to get off the ground and you may find that you need special equipment, tools, and education or certifications and licenses just to get started.
Thanks to the beauty of the internet, a lot of people are starting online businesses with little to no experience and making an honest living. One of the most popular and in-demand online jobs right now is virtual assistant work. A virtual assistant or VA is an online assistant who helps individuals and businesses manage and operate a wide variety of tasks.
VAs might take on roles like editing, creating graphics, blog management, and scheduling blog posts, creating and sending out invoices, bookkeeping, social media management, scheduling meetings and conference calls, etc.
The best part is that you don’t need much experience to get started and you certainly don’t need a college degree. You just need to be organized, communicate well, and have basic computer and research skills, to begin with.
How to Become a $10k VA
I fell into VA work after starting this blog and getting into freelancing. I have a few clients and now earn a few thousand dollars a month from my virtual assistant services. For all 3 of my VA clients, I edit and schedule blog posts and for one I also schedule social media posts.
My service helps these clients take more off their plate and free up time to spend in other areas of their business. VAs tend to get paid hourly (but can also get paid per project) and can make anywhere from $15 per hour to $35+ per hour. Being able to charge a higher rate as your experience increases means you can get closer to earning $10k per month.
My friend Kayla has already surpassed that $10,000 per month mark with her total revenue. Kayla started her virtual assistant business in 2014. At the time, she had no idea running an online business as a virtual assistant could be anything more than a way to make money “on the side”.
Her first month in business, she earned $285. Twelve months later, she was earning around $3,000 per month and quit her full time to pursue growing her business even further.
Last year, she scaled her business and started bringing in $10,000 per month and she created a course called $10k VA to help others do the same.

Launching Your Own VA Business
Becoming a VA is a real job and requires a lot of work, but it’s best if you choose to specialize in a niche you love so you can truly enjoy your work. A VA business is also easier to scale which means you can work your way up to earning 5-figures per month quicker than you can with blogging and building up inventory or establishing an audience to sell your products to.
If you’ve ever thought about launching your own VA business, $10k VA is the all-in-one resource to help you get established and succeed. The course includes 8 in-depth modules that show you how to:
- Get started and learn exactly how to land your first client
- Learn how to set prices and get paid what you’re worth (HELLO future $10k months!)
- Create an efficient schedule and system for your business
- Develop a positive relationship with clients so you can grow your business with referrals instead of having to constantly seek out work
- Overcome objections and truly sell your services to ideal clients
- How to make your business official and legal
- Diversify your niche and scale your business up
- And more!
Fast Track Your Way to VA Success
Kayla is an extremely hard worker and I’ve always been impressed by her organization and work ethic. Becoming a VA is serious work and there are no tricks or shortcuts to building a thriving 6-figure business without a degree.
However, if I had to recommend a way to fast-track your success, I’d recommend taking $10k VA so you can learn from Kayla’s years of experience if your goal is to increase your income, launch a business, quit your day job all within a year’s time.
